Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
3DPRINTEAZY (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use 3dprinteazy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site you agree to the practices described here.
Information collected
- Account & order details — your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order history when you request a quote or place an order.
- Uploaded 3D models — the files you upload (STL, OBJ, 3MF, AMF) so we can slice, quote, and print them.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and improve it.
Use of information
- To generate quotes and produce, package, and ship your 3D prints.
- To process payments and manage your orders.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Uploaded models
Files you upload are used solely to prepare, quote, and fulfil your order. We do not sell, share, or reproduce your designs for any purpose other than completing your order. Uploaded files are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are removed.
Payments
Payments are handled through our PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are transmitted directly to the processor over an encrypted connection and are not stored by us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the store (for example, to remember your cart) and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and hosting providers — and only to the extent needed to perform their service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, please reach us through our Contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
