Everything you need to know before ordering your custom 3D prints.

We accept STL files up to 100 MB. STL is the standard format for 3D printing and what most software exports. If your model is in another format (STEP, OBJ, 3MF, etc.), simply export it to STL before uploading.
Head to the Get a Quote page, upload your STL, pick a material and color, then choose your infill density. Pricing updates instantly as you change options.
We stock PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and carbon-fiber-reinforced composites. Each material has its own color options and is suited to different strength, flexibility, and temperature requirements.
There are many great websites with free and paid STL models ready for 3D printing. Popular sources include MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse, and Cults 3D. Each site lets you browse, download, and print designs created by makers around the world.
Strength depends on the material, infill percentage, wall thickness, and print orientation. PETG and ABS are great for functional parts, TPU for flexible items, and carbon fiber for maximum rigidity.
Most small-to-medium prints ship within 2–5 business days. Large or highly detailed orders may take longer — we will email you if your order needs extra time.
Our build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm, which covers most hobby and prototyping needs. If your model is larger than that, the quote tool will let you know so you can scale it down or split it into multiple parts before ordering.
Our system checks for common mesh issues before slicing. If a file cannot be printed reliably, we will contact you by email with guidance or, in some cases, a link to repair tools you can use.
Every order includes support removal and basic cleanup. Additional finishing such as sanding, priming, or painting is available on request — contact us with your project details for a custom finishing quote.
We ship anywhere in Canada with flat-rate Canada Post boxes — the cost is shown at checkout based on your item size, and every print is packed carefully to prevent damage. If you are in the Regina area, you can choose free local pickup instead.
You can cancel or modify an order at no charge before printing starts. Once a job is on the printer, cancellation may still be possible, but the material and machine time already used cannot be refunded.
